Greenbrier Communications has been selected by the Greenbrier County Sheriff’s Department to supply 22 laptop computers for use in County Law Enforcement vehicles. The laptops are capable of connecting to the county 911 Center through a secure virtual private network and can be used for validating driver and motor vehicle data and for transmission of alerts and other law enforcement information. 

The project was funded in part by the Greenbrier County Commission and the Motor Vehicle Administration’s Southern Regional Highways Safety Grant.
