Greenbrier Communications partnered with Professional and Technical Services (PTS) to install required hardware and software for 911 Centers.  PTS is a software developer for Computer Aided Dispatch software and Court Records Management Software.  Greenbrier, Brooke and Roane County 911 Centers and other counties in West Virginia, Pennsylvania and Ohio use this software.  Sonicwall Firewall and Continuous Data Protection equipment were installed as an integral part of the solution that was put in place for the 911 Centers.
