Equipment Rental FAQ
A complete set of instructions for projector set-up and operations are
included with every rental. In the event you have questions not covered
in these instructions, or experience a problem with your rental we are

Q: How do I place a rental order?
A: You can make rental arrangements by calling us at 304-647-7548, sending
email to info@grcs.com, or sending a fax to 304-645-5549.
Q: What are my options for payment?
A: Visa, MasterCard, corporate check or purchase order with approval.
Q: What are the terms of rental, where can I see them?
A: Our rental contract may be viewed and printed at our rental
terms page.
Please take the time to read the terms. Submission and final verification
of your order constitutes agreement with, and acceptance of, these terms
and conditions.
Q: My presentation is in another city. Can you arrange
shipping so I don’t have to carry the projector with me?
A: At this time our focus is on local customers and no provisions are
made for shipping or for transporting the projector out of the area.
Q: My presentation is critical. How can I be assured
that everything will go according to plan?
A: Plan ahead, place your order well in advance, and have your delivery
made 24hrs prior to the Presentation for practice and testing.
Q: I have special needs for delivery or return. What
can you do?
A: We will be happy to make arrangements. Just call us at 304-645-7548.
Q: How do I know this projector will handle my presentation?
A: The Dell MP3200 is a high-end digital projector with a built-in 2 watt
amplifier and speaker selected to handle your presentations to any audience
ranging in size from 2 to 500.
Q: I have concerns about properly setting up the projector.
Can you help?
A: All connections are clearly labeled and a detailed instruction sheet
is supplied. If you still have doubts about set-up, we can arrange to
have someone assist you.
Q: There is no projection screen at my clients’
location. What should I do?
A: A white or neutral colored wall or board can serve as a projection
screen although some quality in resolution and color will be sacrificed.
Q: I have set up the projector, but it will not work!
What do I do?
A: Read the set up instructions enclosed with your order, check your cables
and connections, make sure your source computer is set up for an external
monitor (usually the FN key and the F5 or F8 key), or call support at
304-645-7548.
Q: I have questions and issues not covered here, what
can I do?
A: Call us! We will be happy to answer all your questions or make special
arrangements
